About Marcha Norte
The idea for Marcha Norte emerged during frequent time spent in Spain.
During these visits, we saw the strong potential of young technical professionals, well trained, ambitious, and eager to take on new challenges abroad.
At the same time, through hands-on experience in recruitment and working closely with Dutch companies, we saw a clear demand for exactly this kind of motivated talent to support their growth.
What became clear was the opportunity to connect both sides in a more effective and sustainable way.
Marcha Norte was created to turn this opportunity into results. Built on real experience with candidates in Spain and practical knowledge of the Dutch labor market, we carefully select and prepare professionals for the Dutch working environment and support both companies and professionals throughout the entire journey.
